Dear customers, with regards to the date of the removal of risks listed in your inspection report, we propose three possible solutions:
OMPLETE RECONSTRUCTION,
WHICH WILL ELIMINATE
ALL THE MENTIONED RISKS.
GRADUAL ELIMINATION OF RISKS,
IN THREE STAGES – SWITCHBOARD.
The lift would be shut down for 35 to 40 days, during which time all parts except the main elevator cab guide lines will be exchanged. Alternatively, we can perform an extension and glazing of the elevator shaft. According to the number of floors costs vary
from 700,000 to 1,300,000 CZK. It is possible to arrange an installment payment plan without a price increase.
Overall scheme of the lift reconstruction
We are ready to meet with you personally and offer you various options for your lift reconstruction and demonstrate the functionality of our lifts to you on components already installed in your area.
Installed components are prepared for completion of the lift reconstruction after execution of points 2 and 3.
* Risk nos. 3, 62, 64, 66, 67, 69 and 77 from the inspection report will already be eliminated after completing this phase of reconstruction.
